The Casson Communities Art Program is for people living with mental health barriers to explore and create artwork in a safe and supported environment.
Through the program, you will explore your interests and experiences, and how you feel while making your art.
The program is a great way to learn more about yourself, and support your personal growth and recovery by exploring your creativity.
Join a small group session or work one-to-one with our artist, the choice is yours.
Explore and create using various creative mediums like paint, watercolour pencils and much more.
An artist for over 20 years, Samantha Candy has worked with many different mediums in different creative fields throughout her career.
Samantha knows firsthand how art can build confidence and create a safe place to express one's emotions and explore creativity, having found solace and healing in being able to transfer her emotions into art after being diagnosed with a crippling illness...
Casson Homes' refreshing outlook and support systems provide a nurturing and safe place that facilitates for many in the community and their varying degrees of abilities. Wherever you may be in your progress, Casson is always seeking new ways in which to move forward and be proactive in "the art of living".
Costs for sessions are covered by the NDIS, but if you don't have NDIS funding, you are still able to join us for a small fee.
